Join us for this six week Team Coaching Essentials program where we cover the ins and outs of team coaching, with a specific focus on the fundamentals of team coaching in a remote and hybrid context. In this program we explore:

Week 2 - Remote and Hybrid Foundations
Week 3 - Design and Engagement in a Virtual Space
Week 4 - Core Issues (Relationships and Results, Conflict etc)
Week 5 - The Business of Teams Coaching

Each coach gets practice and feedback on their skills as a Coach of the Week. We also take a deeper dive into the coaching competencies.

Virtual Facilitation Essentials - Looking to take your Virtual Facilitation Skills up a notch? Join Effective Virtual Conversations author Jennifer Britton as she takes you through more than a dozen facilitated processes you will want to consider. At the same time, you will be building out your own virtual programming. We cover the best practices of designing, and leading virtual conversations.
