I am very excited to announce the release of my next book, and body of work - Reconnecting
Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World. It will be out mid-June, quickly followed by a special Reconnecting Workspaces Coach Certification program on June 21st.
As many places go to reopen and many professionals transition from an all-remote to a hybrid work-arrangement, there is an opportunity to redefine and reimagine what the workspace looks like.
Paradigms around work have shifted and myths have been debunked. Principles and brain tips can help everyone thrive in the workspaces.
As coaches we are uniquely placed to support our clients in rearticulating what the workspace can look like. From leadership, to teamwork practices, meetings to team culture.
Reconnecting Workspaces coaches will get grounding in the core areas the book covers in the 21 chapters. They will also receive training in core areas for helping remote and hybrid teams, and individuals, thrive in the workspace.
Training will run on June 21 - 23 2021 and then weekly until the end of July.
Coaches will have the option to add on a special Reconnecting Workspaces Circle Specialization in August for coaches who want to lead RW Circles in organizations.
In 2020, more than 3 billion professionals went remote overnight. Many will be returning to workplace in the next few months. Are you ready to support them?
