 Team Coaching Essentials -  Team Coaching Essentials for the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World.

This six week virtual coach training program is ideal for coaches who are eager to gain foundational knowledge in the essentials of team coaching, with a specific emphasis on coaching that is virtual, or with hybrid and remote teams.

Since writing From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching back in 2013, there have been many, many requests for me to offer a standalone team coaching training. There's lots happening in the space of team coaching, especially in the hybrid world. So, the time is now, with the new ICF team coaching competencies now available, and with so many more coaches looking to add team coaching to their mix, I am pleased to be offering Team Coaching Essentials (for the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World). 

July 2022 Team Coaching Essentials will run Mondays 830 -10 am ET for 5 weeks starting on July 10th. Most sessions will be led by our Team Lead for Team Coaching, Kathy Vaughan, and I'll be leading the call on July 25th. Join us. Cost $795 US. 14 CCES.

Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum (10CCEs): Looking for practice and feedback to gain confidence with your skills as a group or team coach? Join us for the six week practicum where
you get the chance to lead a conversation with the group. Coaches continue to indicate that it's this program that helps them gain the clarity and confidence about their style and approaches as a group and team coach. We'll be meeting on Tuesdays 830 - 10 am ET Eastern/New York via zoom on Tuesdays starting July 26th. Group Coaching Essentials (8.75 CCEs): Looking to launch your programs in the fall? Mentor Coaching Group (for ACC and PCC) - Looking for Mentor Coaching support for your ICF credential? Join us for the 10 hour mentor coaching group which meets the requirements for your ICF ACC or PCC. We'll be meeting on Mondays this summer and early fall from 1230 - 130 pm ET, starting Monday July 11th and running to mid-October. 7 hours group calls, 3 hours 1-1. Team Coaching Essentials for the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World - Join us May 10

For many years I've been asked to run a separate dedicated team coaching training program for coaches.

While I have offered several smaller iterations of this since 2018,  I'm pleased to announce that starting May 10, 2021 I will be offering on a regular basis Team Coaching Essentials for the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World.

This six week virtual coach training program will be ideal for coaches who are eager to gain foundational knowledge in the essentials of team coaching, with a specific emphasis on coaching that is virtual, or with hybrid and remote teams.

Since writing From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching back in 2013, there have been many, many requests for me to offer a standalone team coaching training. In June, I will also be releasing Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World. So, the time is now, with the new ICF team coaching competencies now available, and with so many more coaches looking to add team coaching to their mix, I am pleased to be offering Team Coaching Essentials (for the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World).

I've been getting a number of inquiries about what we'll be covering tomorrow, Wednesday February

October CCE Coach Training: Group Coaching Essentials, Advanced Practicum, PlanDoTrack (24), Virtual Faciltiation

As we step into the last quarter of the year, what are your learning goals? A reminder that this

month several of our most popular ICF CCE approved programs are starting again. Here's what's on tap this month:

PlanDoTrack Facilitator Training (24 CCEs):  Do you work with virtual teams, leaders or virtual entrepreneurs? Looking to add a set of programming tools, and templates around productivity and teamwork to your mix? Consider becoming a PlanDoTrack Facilitator. 

This training will run virtually (on zoom) on Tuesdays from 1230 - 3:30 pm Eastern/Toronto from October 8 - November 12, 2019. The training is approved for 24 hours of CCEs with the ICF (including 19 hours of core competencies). 

A second (and possibly third) cohort will start in late November, running into early December. Choose from Mondays and Tuesday evenings from 6-9 pm ET (starting November 25 for 3 weeks) or a more intensive weekend program.  Learn more about the program here. Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum (10CCEs): Geared for those who want to gain practice, feedback and confidence about their skills, this program brings group and team coaching into action. Coaches lead a group or team coaching conversation of their choice, and we also take a deeper dive into the nuances of group and team coaching. This program builds onto what is covered in the Group Coaching Essentials program. Virtual Facilitation Essentials - 8.5 CCEs: Want to create more memorable virtual events - webinars, virtual meetings, virtual coaching? Looking to boost your skills in navigating zoom and other virtual platforms? Join me as we explore the realm of Effective Virtual Conversations (the focus of my 2017 book), in 5 sessions. Each week we explore a different area related to designing interactive, engaging virtual events, platforms and support you in building your toolkit of impactful things you can incorporate (more than 3 dozen covered!). The final 2019 group will meet on Mondays from 1:30 - 2:45pm ET on October 27, November 4, 11, 18, 25, 2019.

Mentor Coaching Groups - For ACC/PCC - 10hours - Looking to complete your mentor coaching hours for your ACC/PCC? Join me and a small group of coaches for a highly interactive journey as we explore the core competencies and give you each a chance to coach and receive feedback. 7 Group calls held on Fridays from 9-10 am ET during the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month starting September 13th, running to December 13th.
