Join us for the 24 CCE approved Reconnecting Workspaces Certified Coach Training!
The next Reconnecting Workspaces Certified Coach Training program starts Monday August 23rd. It is now accepting registrations with an Early Bird rate until July 30th I hope you will join us!
The program is approved for 24 hours of CCEs with the ICF including 19 hours of core competencies.
Becoming a Certified Reconnecting Workspaces Coach will provide you with the opportunity to :
- Take the resource into organizations and incorporate it into your work with leaders, team members and other remote and hybrid professionals;
- Be on the cutting edge of what's happening RIGHT NOW in the workplace (or workspace);
- Expand your offerings without having to do any heavy lifting of creating things yourself;
- Build onto the latest research around teams, remote and hybrid work.
As a coach you will be able to use the materials with individual, group and team coaching clients.
We start training on Monday August 23rd with sessions being held:
Monday August 23rd: 130 - 3 pm ET
Tuesday August 24th: 12 - 3 pm ET
Wednesday August 25th:12 - 3 pm ET
Thursday August 26th: 12 - 3 pm ET
Then weekly Tuesday sessions until the last week of September (Tuesdays 1230 - 230pm ET).
The facilitator program will include:
- 22 hours of live virtual training
- An introduction and overview of each chapter via microlearning
- A deep dive into the ins and outs of the resource
- A Coaching Guide for Navigating Reconnecting Worksapces which includes an additional 80 pages of information on how to lead clients through the resources, and additional exercises to support extended conversations.
- Practice and feedback sessions
- Support via bonus activities such as Design Sprints
As a Reconnecting Workspaces Certified Coach you’ll have access to:
· The Coaching Guide
· A virtual community of other Reconnecting Workspaces Coaches
· Learning and growth opportunities
· A robust resource portal to support your work as a coach
Plus Live Training and some 1-1 support from me this summer
Given that 3 Billion people started working remotely in March 2020,
and many places are starting to reopen, "survey says" that hybrid and
remote work is here to stay. Hybrid work has always been more complex
that remote-only work, requiring that we have even stronger skills as
coaches.
